This option allows you to automate a certain series of operations during the insertion nutritions in the diary.

For example, in the case of a pack of one liter of juice, when it is opened, in the diary you can enter the nutrition field by setting the 'Gross' the total gross weight of the

package, for example 1070 grams, and in the field 'weight residual' residual weight after consumption, for example, 920 grams, This way MxBody automatically calculates in the 'net weight' consumption of 150 grams.
