There are several ways to transfer, import and export GPS data to suit different needs.

The most common needs are described in the following table:


Goal

Solution

The GPS has been just upgraded from version GPS4 to version GPS5 and you want to keep all data and configurations

When running the GPS5 for the first time, a wizard will appear automatically to import all data and configurations (see Import data from a previous version).
If this procedure fails to appear automatically, for whatever reason, you can launch it manually, from the Tools menu / Import Data from a previous version.

You want to save all data and configurations
